CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO SERVICE
We reserve our time to care for your pet so please provide 1 business day advance notice when canceling or changing your reservation, including early returns. Fees for a full day of service will apply for cancellations or early returns with less than 12 hours notice. Overnight care requires at least 48 hours notice for a full refund.
We require 2 working sets of keys to your home at the time of consultation, 1 for our sitter to access at your home (somewhere hidden and/or secure like a lockbox or a key rock) and 1 for the office. However, if you have another system, (or if you only have one key) we are more than happy to use that instead!
HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay with cash or check in person (make checks payable to city pawz pet sitting), paypal or credit card (using WePay). Checks returned for any reason will result in a $35 return check fee. Payment is due either at the start of service or at the end of each week for weekly visits, or for biweekly visits, at the end of the 2nd week. An invoice will be sent prior to the start of service.
Late payments will incur a $5 penalty per week of non-payment.
WILL THERE BE ANYONE ELSE BUT YOU IN MY HOUSE?
No, there wont be anyone else but the designated sitters in anyone's residence, unless already authorized to do so.

Yes we are! We are insured and bonded under Pet Sitter Associates.

Extreme weather conditions present a unique problem when visits are scheduled. Visits may be delayed due to unsafe driving conditions and pets that are sick or in need of medication will receive priority scheduling during these times. It’s always a good idea to leave a key with a trusted neighbor for these emergency situations.
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, & Christmas Day. Visit prices are increased by $5 per visit during these holidays.

WHY DO WE NEED A MEET & GREET?
We require an initial meeting with all pets to be cared for.This is to ensure that we collect the required keys, go over important details such as feeding, medication (if applicable), house info (rotation of lights, watering plants, etc.) and other details. This meeting must take place in the pet owner's home with the pet owner present. Initial meetings should be scheduled a minimum of 5 days before the first day care is needed. Please download our client form from the global documents on the scheduling software, time to pet once you have signed up for an account) and fill it out before our initial meeting.
